Working Principle
Double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) of various sources, including extracted or purified dsDNA from human tissues and cells and microbial gDNA extracted from cultures, are used to construct sequencing libraries through end repair, barcodes ligation and sequencing adaptor ligation and beads-based purfications using the CycloneSEQ 96 Barcode Library Prep Set.
